About Event
Join Chef Peter McCaffrey for a tour of some of NOLA’s best purveyors. Highlights include Legends Hospitality at the Caesars Superdome, The New Orleans Culinary and Hospitality Institute (NOCHI), Cochcon Butcher, and Parkway Bakery & Tavern (stops subject to change). This tour will include tastings, demos and exploration.
Transport will depart at 1:15 p.m. and return to the hotel by 5:00 p.m.
