Conscious Combat (Mixed Gender)

​An evening embodiment experience where play, boundaries, and somatic responses are prioritized.

​Expect games, an elevated heart rate, some practical hand to hand combat instruction, and the opportunity to engage 1:1 in a controlled, contained, hand to hand experience.

​These spaces have revealed participants relationship to their power, relationship with being “too much”, fears, boundaries, and more.

​This is a conscious and consensual container. Feel free to bring your own mouthguard, gloves, hand wraps - none are required and no activity is mandatory. We will supply gear (except mouth guards) - you are welcome to bring your own.
