THE NEXT PHASE: Beyond the Certificate
The certificate is not the destination. It is the beginning.
NYSC ends. The applause fades. And suddenly, you’re faced with the question:
“What next?”
The Next Phase: Beyond the Certificate is a 2-day virtual career and personal development programme designed to help corps members, recent graduates, and young professionals navigate this transition with clarity, confidence, and intention.
Over two days, we’ll have practical conversations around career, skills, work, entrepreneurship, finance, leadership, personal development, purpose, and positioning.
This is more than a programme about getting your next job. It’s about understanding where you’re going, becoming equipped for the journey, and intentionally building the life and career you want.
