This is a 90-minute workshop for senior leaders who are hungry for a fresh approach to their next chapter.
Instead of looking at your options like a ladder to climb—asking "What's the right next move?"—I'll teach you a different approach that I've developed in my own career and with other mid-career professionals.
The key to the second half of your career is to treat it like a platform to build on. Your platform is the specific way your purpose and your voice come together to create change.
In this workshop, I'll introduce you to this approach, show you how it works, and help you take the first step in building a platform. It's a mix of teaching, personal reflection, and hands-on work—you'll leave with actual tools you can start using.
