Friday Community Ritual Sound Bath at PMT

​Get ready to sink into pure sound bliss! Join Kathy Martin for an hour of vibrational healing as singing bowls, chimes, and resonant tones wash over you from head to toe. Whether you've done a sound bath before or this is your very first dip, you're in for a beautiful experience, one that leaves you feeling refreshed, reset, and maybe a little floaty.

​We will provide a yoga mat and blanket. Feel free to bring your favorite pillow and come ready to just receive. No experience needed, no effort required. Just show up, lie down, and let the sound do its thing. Presence of Mind Therapy, Mountainside is a shoes-off space so bring socks or slippers for comfort.
