Reflective Workshop - Switching Off

​Come join Sarin Sony, a clinical psychologist trained in the US and Italy, for a 1.5 hour reflective session for people who are excellent at doing but a little out of practice at stopping and reconnecting with the self.

​This session offers a space to reconnect with who you are, away from the pace and pressure of work and chores. A little stillness, a few honest questions, and a chance to notice what's underneath the busy life.

​You'll leave with a clearer sense of what rest actually looks like for you, and a few simple ways to find it again.
