Collective Impact Workshop 2026

​The Collective brings together organisations across Switzerland working to get more women into entrepreneurship. Once a year we stop reporting and start building.

​This is a facilitated working session. Over two hours we align on three goals and leave with named owners.

​A shared Female Founders Report. Switzerland has no single credible data set on female founders. We want to find out what it would take to build one, who holds which data, and whether we can get there together.

​More women in education and acceleration programmes. Fixing the funnel across our programmes rather than each in isolation.

​More visibility and more investable women. Building the pipeline investors keep saying they cannot find.
