Caroline is an award-winning, humanity-centred designer and change champion with 10 years of experience across research and development, product design, AI, machine learning, and people management. Based in the North West of Ireland, Caroline has been a LUMA Instructor for eight years, scaling human-centred design practices inside Fortune 500 organisations worldwide. She is recommended by members of the UK Design Council and the global LUMA Instructor network.
