@seraphichealing and @landbornestudios are back at @flowsandcreates this sunday november 1st at 6pm.
we’re easing into the new month with slow movement and intentional breath work to inspire next steps.
this 90 minute practice will begin with a slow paced deep stretch followed by restorative breath work journey. we will end the evening over reflections with a journaling session and herbal tea.
please bring water, your journal, a pen, a blanket, and yoga mat. we can’t wait to flow with you all!
