WIRED TO LEAD SUMMER CAMP - Grow the one thing AI can't replace.
One week. One Hatch Box. One very different version of you.
You spend all year investing in your work.
This summer, invest in the person doing the work.
While everyone else is busy learning the latest AI tools, why not spend a week strengthening the skills that have always made great (human) leaders... and always will.
Your judgment.
Your adaptability.
Your self-awareness.
Your courage.
Your relationships.
Your ability to connect, influence and lead other human beings.
Welcome to Wired to Lead Summer Camp* - an immersive, online experience designed for curious professionals who want to future-proof themselves, not just their résumés.
*No actual camping or camping skills required. Just a willingness to grow!
Why Summer Camp?
Remember when summer was for trying new things? Building confidence. Making friends. Learning by doing. Coming home just a little different than when you left.
Somewhere along the way, adulthood became nothing but calendars, meetings, deadlines and unread emails.
We think it's time to bring summer camp back. Only this version comes with creative neuroscience instead of canoeing. (Although both are excellent for your brain.)
For one week, you'll step out of autopilot and into deliberate practice, experimenting with new ways of thinking, communicating and leading, all from the comfort of your home/office.
The Future Belongs to Humans
Artificial intelligence is changing the way we work faster than any technology before it.
But here's what it isn't replacing: Curiosity. Empathy. Judgment. Trust. Presence. Self-awareness. The ability to navigate uncertainty. The courage to have difficult conversations. The wisdom to know when not to automate.
Those aren't technical skills. They're human skills. And like any skill, they get stronger with practice. That's exactly what this week is for.
What is Wired to Lead Summer Camp?
It's part leadership development.
Part neuroscience bootcamp.
Part personal reset.
Part adult summer camp.
Over five days you'll explore how your brain is wired, why you react the way you do, and how to intentionally reshape habits that influence every conversation, decision and relationship you have at work.
You'll leave with practical tools, surprising insights, and a clearer understanding of yourself than you arrived with.
And yes...
There's a Hatch Box.
What's in the Hatch Box?
A few days before camp begins, a box arrives at your door.
Inside you'll find everything you need for the week:
• Your Wired to Lead Camp Journal
• Daily challenges in sealed envelopes
• Brain-friendly snacks
• Camp supplies
• Exclusive Hatch goodies
• A few surprises we won't spoil just yet.
It's a reminder that growth isn't something you download, it's something you experience.
Here's How Camp Works
Three Live Sessions
We'll meet live three times during the week for highly interactive sessions full of discussion, activities, coaching and real-world application. Together we'll explore the three pillars of the Wired to Lead approach:
Monday August 24th 10:00 - 11:00 EST: Wired to Connect
Understanding yourself so you can understand everyone else.
Discover why your brain loves shortcuts, where your blind spots hide, and how greater self-awareness transforms every relationship you have.
Wednesday August 26th 10:00 - 11:00 EST: Wired to Influence
Learn why people don't change because of better arguments - they change because they feel understood.
Develop executive presence, persuasive communication and the science behind lasting influence.
Friday August 28th 10:00 - 11:00 EST: Wired to Adapt
Your brain was designed to survive uncertainty. Now it's time to learn how to thrive in it.
Build resilience, cognitive flexibility and practical habits that help you stay calm, clear and effective when everything around you changes.
Daily Brain Challenges
Every morning you'll receive a small challenge - nothing overwhelming, no homework or anything - just one intentional experiment that helps you put neuroscience into practice that same day.
You might:
Notice the assumptions your brain makes before your first meeting.
Replace advice with curiosity during a difficult conversation.
Catch yourself before reacting defensively.
Practice receiving feedback without explaining yourself.
Observe how your body changes your thinking.
These aren't assignments. They're tiny moments that slowly rewire the way you lead.
Small Changes.
Big Brain.
The most powerful part of the week isn't what happens during the live sessions, it's what happens between them. Neuroplasticity doesn't happen because you learned something. It happens because you did something differently.
Again.
And again.
And again.
By Friday you'll have collected dozens of small wins that begin reshaping habits long after camp ends.
Who Should Come?
This camp is for people who believe their greatest competitive advantage isn't technology.
It's themselves.
Whether you're leading a team, preparing for your next promotion, building a business or simply wanting to become a better human being, you'll find practical tools you can use immediately.
You'll fit right in if you're someone who...
...is curious about how people work.
...wants to communicate with more confidence.
...knows technical expertise alone isn't enough anymore.
...is ready to invest in yourself instead of another software subscription.
This Isn't Just Professional Development.
It's personal development for professionals. Backed by neuroscience and human creativity, but you won't spend the week memorizing neuroscience (yawn). Instead, in the Hatch way - you'll experience it. You'll test ideas. Receive feedback. Reflect. Laugh. Meet brilliant people. Challenge old assumptions. Build new habits. And leave with a better understanding of the most important piece of technology you'll ever use: Your brain.
What You'll Leave With
✔ A deeper understanding of yourself
✔ Practical neuroscience you can apply immediately
✔ Better communication habits
✔ Greater confidence giving and receiving feedback
✔ Tools for managing stress and uncertainty
✔ A personal leadership action plan
✔ Your Hatch Camp Journal
✔ New connections with people who care about becoming better humans
The World Doesn't Need More Productivity Hacks.
It needs more thoughtful humans. AI will keep getting smarter - that's inevitable. The question is whether we will continue developing the uniquely human capabilities that make great teams, great leaders and meaningful work possible.
This summer, choose yourself. Spend one week growing the one thing technology can't replicate. Your humanity.
