这不仅是一场晨间的练习,更是一个关于身体的“自由探索工作坊”:

  • 🌙 晚间复测: 我们会教会你完整的动作,鼓励你在晚上独立练习,亲自测试它对入睡速度与睡眠深度的微妙影响。

Qigong is more than just a set of moves—it’s a cultural language expressed through the body. As a core intervention of "Longevity Month," this session invites you into the rhythm of Ba Duan Jin to experience the interplay of strength, breath, and stillness.

In this session, we begin with foundational breathing and standing meditation, guiding you into the cadence of traditional practice to reveal the art of power, flexibility, and body control.

This is more than a morning practice; it’s an open workshop for "Body Exploration":

  • ☀️ Morning Wake-up: Observe how the practice activates your energy and mental clarity for the day ahead.

  • 🌙 Nighttime Testing: We will guide you through the full sequence, encouraging you to practice independently at night to test its subtle effects on your sleep quality.

No prior experience needed—this is your opportunity to understand ancient wisdom and explore the secrets of longevity through movement.

Note: Please wear comfortable clothing. Bring your curiosity, or your wearables, to capture the subtle feedback of your body in the early morning of Shanghai.
