About your hosts:

Tara Chantelle Gomez:
Tara spent 13 years between India and California researching Indology, promoting Pan-Asian arts and running Nakshatra Productions in Goa. A Sacred Dance Artist, Dzogchen practitioner and Traditional Tantra Yoga teacher with over 20 years’ experience, she returned to Lisbon in 2023. She is the founder of Narthaki Arts Academy, a modern school of Sacred Arts, Sciences and Dance, and continues her work as a cultural curator, teacher and mentor.

Sunil Pariyar:
Born in Nepal, Sunil trained in Classical Bansuri Music at Allahabad University, India. His practice focuses on meditation and sound healing, using the Bansuri to create spaces of deep listening and connection.
A versatile musician, Sunil performs across diverse musical styles and genres. He now lives in Lisbon, where he also runs Olá Panteão Café & Bar with his wife and works as a mural artist.

Together, they are raising funds for Nepal.
