Trail Run / Hike | No Tech Adventures
βLeave your phone at home and pick a challenge for a Saturday out of London on Box Hill.
βChoose your adventure
βπ₯Ύ A 7 to 10km scenic hike
π A 15 to 20km trail run
βBox Hill is on the North Downs, under an hour by train from central London. Its chalk slopes, woodland paths and views across the Weald make it one of the best places to get into nature by London.
βThere are two meeting points: London Victoria and Clapham Junction. One of our hosts will be there to meet you at each station, we will then all travel down on the same train.
Once we arrive there's a briefing, then we split into two groups. Afterwards everyone will meet up for a well deserved lunch and chit chat at a local pub.
βAfter lunch you can choose whether to head home or come along to another pub to watch the Scotland V New Zealand rugby. You're welcome to join either group.

β
βFAQ
βCan I come alone?
Absolutely!! Most people do and we plan the day so that you can get to know and connect with likeminded people
βWhat happens if it rains?
Light rain isn't a problem, though the trails will be muddier. If conditions become unsafe we'll let everyone know as early as we can.
βWhat do I do with my phone?
We recommend leaving it at home so you can really experience a No Tech Adventure. If you need to bring it for any reason, that's fine. When we hand you your paper train ticket at the station, you switch your phone fully off and it stays off until we're back.
βBoth hosts carry a phone for emergencies, so you won't be out of reach if something comes up.
βWe'll share the meeting point details on WhatsApp before the day, so make a physical note of them. All you need to bring is your bank card and turn up at 07:45.
