Flow with Breathwork
โ๐ฟ Root, Rise & Align
โA Movement & Breathwork Journey Through the Body, Energy & Chakras
โCome home to your body. Connect with the earth. Move with your breath. Rise through your energy.
โThis is an embodied movement and breathwork experience designed to bring you into deeper awareness of your body, your breath, and the energy moving within you.
โWe begin by grounding into the earth โ slowing down, feeling the body, and creating a sense of connection and presence. From this grounded place, breath becomes our guide as we bring our attention inward and move through a series of simple, intentional movements.
โEach movement invites awareness of a different area of the body and its connection to our emotional and energetic experience. As we move, breathe, and become more present, we explore the body's energy pathways and the seven chakras, gradually guiding our awareness upward.
โThere is no need to force the movement or keep up with anyone else. Your body, your breath, and your pace are enough.
โ๐ฑ Begin Where You Are
โWe start by creating a foundation โ connecting the body with the earth and allowing ourselves to arrive fully in the present moment.
โFrom there, the journey unfolds through gentle and accessible movements paired with conscious breathing and focused awareness.
โYou will be invited to:
โGround and connect with the earth through simple body movements
โUse the breath as an anchor for awareness
โBring attention to the body's energy pathways, or nadis
โExplore movement connected to the seven chakras
โGradually guide awareness and energy upward through the body
โNotice sensations, emotions, and areas where the body may feel open, held, or restricted
โMove at your own pace, without needing to achieve a particular posture or outcome
โExplore the relationship between physical movement and emotional experience
โComplete the movement journey with a deeper conscious breathwork practice
โThe experience is not about performing movements perfectly. It is about listening.
โ๐ฅ The Journey Within the Movement
โWhat makes this experience different is the invitation to experience movement not simply as physical exercise, but as a way of becoming more aware of what is happening within.
โAs we move through the body, we will explore how different areas can be associated with different emotional experiences and energetic qualities. Rather than trying to force anything to release, the practice encourages you to notice, breathe, feel, and become curious about your own experience.
โThe breath becomes a continuous thread throughout the journey.
โWith conscious breathing and attention, we move from one energetic centre to another, exploring the seven chakras as a framework for self-awareness and inner alignment.
โThe movements remain intentionally simple and adaptable. You don't need to be flexible, experienced, or familiar with yoga. You can modify the movements, slow down, pause, or simply observe whenever your body asks you to.
โThere is no perfect way to move through this experience.
โโจ From Grounding to Expansion
โThe intention is to create space for you to reconnect with yourself โ physically, emotionally, and energetically.
โThrough the combination of movement, breath, and awareness, the session may support:
โGreater body awareness and presence
โA deeper connection with your breath
โRelaxation and grounding
โMindful exploration of emotions held within the body
โGreater awareness of your energetic patterns
โConnection with the seven chakra centres
โA sense of balance and inner alignment
โGentle release of physical tension
โA quieter, more focused state of mind
โA deeper connection between body, breath, and inner experience
โThe goal isn't to achieve a particular energetic state.
โIt is to create the space to listen to what your body is already communicating.
โ๐ฌ๏ธ Breath as the Thread Between Body & Energy
โThroughout the movement, the breath acts as our guide.
โRather than separating movement from breathwork, we allow the two to work together โ movement creates awareness, breath deepens it, and conscious attention brings us inward.
โAs we progress through the body, we bring awareness to the energetic qualities associated with each chakra. The breath becomes an opportunity to pause, feel, and consciously connect with these centres.
โThe final breathwork practice brings the journey together.
โAfter moving through the body and gradually bringing awareness upward, we settle into a more conscious breath practice โ creating an opportunity to experience stillness, presence, and a deeper sense of alignment.
โThis is where the movement becomes less about the physical body and more about what you can feel within it.
๐ฟ Your Guide on the Journey
โMy journey with movement, breath, and inner awareness began in India, where I had the opportunity to learn from and be inspired by experienced yogis and practitioners. Over time, yoga became more than physical movement for me โ it became a way of understanding the connection between the body, breath, energy, and inner self.
โThrough my own practice, I have continued exploring how simple movements and conscious breathing can help us become more present, grounded, and connected within.
โIโm bringing this experience to the community as an opportunity to share what I have learned along my journey and create a space where we can slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and explore our own path toward a higher sense of awareness.
โThis first session is offered on a donation basis, with the intention of making the experience accessible and creating an opportunity for our community to come together, connect with themselves, and support one another on the journey inward.
โCome with an open heart, move with awareness, and allow your breath to guide you toward yourself.
๐ฏ๏ธ Before You Arrive
โCome with comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
โYou may wish to bring:
โA yoga mat or comfortable surface for movement
โWater
โA small towel or blanket for the closing breathwork
โAn open and curious mind
โA journal or notebook if you would like to reflect afterward
โThere is no need to prepare your body for a particular level of movement. Your comfort comes first.
โDuring the session, listen to your body and take breaks whenever needed. The practice is an invitation to explore โ not to push beyond your limits.
