

Meditation & Philosophy: Vīrya
In our upcoming collaboration with Vīrya, we’ll explore the nature of awareness and the relationship between mindfulness and mindstillness.
Rather than focusing, concentrating, or “trying to meditate,” participants will be guided through a simple sound-based practice that allows the mind to become still on its own.
After the introduction and 30-minute meditation, we’ll move into our usual group discussion on the evening’s topic.
No prior meditation experience is needed. All levels are welcome.
**Doors close at 5:15 PM. Entry will not be possible after this time, as the meditation will not be interrupted. This is a shoe-free event — wear your best socks!**
