​Welcome to our April 2025 shareholder update. I am delighted to share with you the substantial progress of the Company

​I would also like to thank our early seed investors, our Series A investors, Solomons Capital and our capital partners, as well as the Wandarra team for their dedication and hard work in achieving the milestones that we set out to achieve. 

​Our Series A capital raise has been closed via a farm infrastructure cash and equity transaction valued at over $10m with one of Australia biggest farming corporates, the owners of Mulgowie. The group operates some 10,000 acres of fertile cropping land and processing infrastructure spanning the east coast of Australia. As one of the largest vegetable growers in the country, Mulgowie is backed by 70 years of operational experience and have provided a range of horticulture produce to Australian retail chains and export markets. Mulgowie will be a true active partner in the scale-up of our operations.
