NVIDIA Nemotron Model Reasoning Challenge

​Reasoning ability is increasingly important as AI systems take on more complex tasks across research and real-world applications. Models now need to solve harder problems, do it efficiently, and be reproducible so others can build on the work.

​​NVIDIA Nemotron is designed to support this type of experimentation: a family of open source models, datasets, and training recipes that make it easier to explore and reproduce reasoning techniques.

​​This challenge will invite you to develop techniques that improve reasoning accuracy, evaluated using Nemotron models and a new reasoning benchmark developed by the NVIDIA research team. You’ll be free to explore your own approaches: prompting, data filtering, synthetic data generation, reinforcement learning, and lightweight fine-tuning.

​​Because Nemotron and its resources are openly available, your contributions will help strengthen an open ecosystem where reasoning methods can be studied, reproduced, and extended by the broader AI community.
