Community Breathwork Session @ THE ARCHIVES

​A community healing experience at The Archives in Scottsdale.

​Through guided somatic breathwork, we’ll gently activate the nervous system, clear stored tension, and create space for emotional release, clarity, and deep regulation.

​You may experience:

​• A sense of connection — to yourself and the community
