Local Hub Barcelona: Finding our place as L&D professionals in an AI world
Hola Shakers 💃
Welcome to the kick-off event for our new 3-part series: The Human/AI Collaboration.
AI is here to stay and we live in a time of rapid technological advances. Many of us work with artificial intelligence tools on a daily basis privately or at work. But with AI seemingly everywhere, the question remains: Where is this technology helpful, where could it be helpful in the future and where is it better if we do things as humans?
As L&D professionals, businesses are looking to us to lead the upskilling conversation. So instead of each of us reinventing the wheel… let’s combine our efforts and learn from each other!
✨What to expect✨
During this event, you run the show! We’ll take a participant-driven approach, exploring the areas of our work as L&D professionals that matter most to you. You can form a tribe with other participants that have similar interests and reflect on how our role as L&D professionals changes because of AI, how we can best collaborate with innovative technology and what pain points you have that AI could help with.
This series is all about exploring how we can collaborate with AI in ways that keep learning meaningful, human, and impactful.
This is the Shakers way: we share what's working, we ask the questions we're usually hesitant to ask, and we leave knowing a little more than when we arrived because of other people’s experiences.
Spoiler: you’ll also leave with many more questions and perspectives!
