Young People, Belonging, and Change: Oxfordshire’s OxWell Story

​More than 16,000 students across 23 Oxfordshire secondary schools have completed the OxWell survey, offering powerful insights into belonging and the conditions that support it. By giving each participating school direct access to its own anonymised data, we’ve seen evidence drive tangible changes in practice and wellbeing support.
