Nightcap | Mechanics of Conciousness
This is an after-dinner, interactive group session for those who seek new ways of understanding the universe around them, society at large, and ultimately, themselves.
The aim is to harness the power of first principles, rational thought, openness, intuition, and intellectual curiosity to introduce and discuss fresh perspectives of understanding you and the world around you.
Topics could range widely—from the mechanics of consciousness to the Japanese art of mending broken vases, from ancient philosophical thought to maybe even some "woo-woo" banned TED talk. Whatever the subject, we’ll ensure it’s thought-provoking and refreshing.
The guided run of the show could roughly look like:
10 min: A small centering or embodiment practice.
15-30 min: Watch something interesting or thought-provoking.
20 min: Journal a set of questions designed around the topic.
30 min: Group discussion.
Remaining time: Wind down with some fun activities.
✅ Please bring a pen and notepad.
✅ Please be on time - we aim to start and close out on time.
🪑 10-12 people max to keep the small group dynamics alive.
