The Yin Way - Four Morning Classes For Deep Nourishment
The Yin Way is an orientation to life that is non-performative, non-urgent, participatory and receptive. It invites deep listening, curiosity and slowing down, in a world that's moving faster than we can process.
Yin Yoga is the practice of holding poses for a longer amount of time, allowing the deep tissues to unwind and reorganise. The class is infused with somatic movements to feel the body from the inside and develop awareness.
