​Art, Activism & Institutional Transformation: How to Build Alliances that Last

​Lasting democratic transformation expands who can shape the future. It depends on alliances that widen plural participation, defend equal political standing and keep power accountable and open to revision.

​South African human-rights and environmental-justice activist Kumi Naidoo, President of the Fossil Fuel Non-Proliferation Treaty, will draw on decades of experience across movements and institutions to explore how art, activism and institutional transformation can reinforce one another—and what enables alliances to endure when strategies diverge, urgency rises and public attention moves on.

​Kumi's keynote will take place during golden hour inside Teufelsberg’s former surveillance domes. On the evening before Berlin votes, it offers a final moment to gather what has emerged across three days and consider what we carry back into the city.

​We close the Camp by asking how temporary encounters can become lasting relationships, shared commitments and collective capacity.
