but because it’s New Year, we’re giving you a little extra time to rest before we start 2026 fresh and strong 💥

New Year’s Edition — 8:30 AM meet-up
Starting the year refreshed, motivated, and well-rested ✨

8:30 AM – Roll up, drop your bag, sip some coffee and get warm ☕
9:00 AM – 20-minute city run, ~3.5km at slow-poke pace (nobody left behind!) 🏃♀️
9:30 AM – Strength, stretch, sweat! 10-min community workout 💪
9:45 AM – Breakfast, beats & boogie back at CIC 🎶🍳
10:00 AM – Free showers + time to hang 🚿💻
