Welcome to our fourth Forest Walk in Munich.
A forest walk for awareness, reflection, and connection.
This CRY Session is about movement, breath and presence. A quiet walk through nature, a moment to check in with yourself and each other.
No pressure, just space to move, talk, or stay silent.
What to expect:
– Real conversations or quiet reflection, your choice
– A mindful forest walk with other men
– 30 min. silent walk
– 30 min. guided reflection in pairs
– Space to breathe, to feel, to just be
– Gentle grounding and presence in nature
