L&D Shakers Book Club: The Culture Code

​Join us for the first Book Club of 2026! 📚

​We're kicking off this year of big ideas with The Culture Code by Daniel Coyle, a practical, story-driven look at what the world’s best teams do differently when it comes to culture.

​Themes we’ll dig into:

• ​Psychological safety: How great leaders create a “safe to speak up” environment where people take smart risks

• ​Belonging cues: The small, everyday signals that build trust, connection, and positive energy

• ​Shared purpose: How teams stay aligned through clear priorities, meaning, and consistent behaviors

​We'll give a summary of the key themes, then swap examples and inspiration of culture habits we've seen succeed (or fail). We’ll also explore a few small changes we could try to bring this into our work.
