FAQ
1. Why join the Mindful Morning Walks?
These walks are designed to help you:
Step out of the rush and slow down
Reduce stress
Build greater focus and presence
Connect with like-minded professionals & entrepreneurs
Start your day with intention
2. What is the minimum number of participants for the walk to take place?
The walk will go ahead even if only one participant signs up. I keep the group intentionally small (maximum 10 people) to create a more personal and meaningful experience.
3. What should I wear and bring?
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for a gentle walk. Depending on the weather, you may want to bring a sun hat or an umbrella. Feel free to bring a water bottle and a small snack as well.
4. When do the Mindful Morning Walks take place?
Following feedback from participants, the walks are no longer organised on the 2nd Wednesday of the month. I'm now exploring Saturday mornings as a more accessible time to slow down and connect.
