Fife - Housing, Health & Social Care
Health, housing and social care are among Scotland’s largest employers and among its most ethnically diverse workforces. Yet the communities who staff these services are too often the least well served by them. Closing that gap is a fairness question and a workforce question at once.
The Scottish Ethnic Minority Talent Summit & Festival 2026 comes to Fife on Tuesday 27 October 2026 at the Carnegie Conference and Events Centre, Fife College, in partnership with Fife College and Kingdom Group.
With the theme “Navigating Disruption: All Scotland’s Talent at the Helm”, the Fife Edition focuses on housing security, health equity, social care talent pipelines, and building a workforce that reflects the communities it serves.
Event Highlights: Tuesday 27 October 2026
🔹 Full-day summit (08:30–16:30): a keynote from Public Health Scotland, roundtables on skills profiles and the talent marketplace, digital confidence in housing, and designing health and social care services for a diverse Scotland — plus a community energiser hearing directly from ethnic minority residents across Fife.
