Barista Training at The Fold

​Training for Fold Residents to work with the espresso machine after hours!!! We're so excited that there are folks who want to live out their barista dreams in the space, but we want to make sure you're doing so in a way that is safe for you, the machines, and the public.

​A few notes:

• ​You must have your food handlers training before the training takes place.

• ​This training does not mean you are permitted to sell drinks to the public.

• ​This will provide a baseline understanding of how to pull espresso, froth milk, and clean the machine.

• ​Anyone who wants to use the espresso machine must have gone through this training.

• ​By having this training, you can pull espresso drinks when the cafe is closed. If the cafe is open and operating, please do not go behind the bar.
