Building Capacity for What’s Next (Workshop 4 of 4)
Dr Nick Earley, Clinical Psychologist & Executive Coach at NavoMind, is running a series of four workshops exclusively for Brave Starts members. Each 90-minute session is designed to support professionals navigating career and life transitions with greater clarity and confidence. Workshops 1, 2 and 4 will be online and Workshop 3 will be held in person in central London.
This final workshop explores: Building Capacity for What’s Next
Nick will discuss:
The four needs that drive behaviour under pressure (Safety, Belonging, Competence, Agency)
Why low capacity—not lack of ability—keeps people stuck
Structuring change in a way that sustains energy and momentum
The session will also include practical exercises and breakout discussions, giving you the opportunity to apply the ideas directly to your own situation and reflect alongside other members going through similar transitions.
