Dinner in Madrid 🤍 (Elowines rare wine pairing)

​An intimate dinner for Madrid's international crowd — entrepreneurs, professionals, creatives, and curious minds who have built their lives across countries and cultures. A table for people with different backgrounds, interesting stories, and a shared appreciation for good food and exceptional wine.

​🍷 We're hosting a four-course autumn dinner at Barro Ceramic studio, celebrating seasonal ingredients, slow cooking, and the pleasure of discovering lesser-known European wine regions.

​For this evening, we've selected three distinctive wines:

• ​Turkish sparkling wine — An elegant, Champagne-like discovery that challenges expectations.

• ​Savoie, France — Roussanne grape — A gastronomic white from the French Alps, textured, complex, and beautifully suited to food.

• ​Northern Rhône's Saint-Joseph AOP, France — Red wine — A sophisticated expression of one of France's most celebrated wine regions.

​Our four-course menu celebrates autumn through seasonal ingredients and thoughtful preparation. We'll begin with ripe persimmon and creamy burrata, followed by roasted pumpkin with red onions, feta, and walnuts. The centrepiece is a 5-hour braised ossobuco prepared in Le Creuset, and we'll finish with surprise for a desert. Expect a relaxed evening around one shared table, with carefully selected wines, generous food, and the opportunity to meet people you might genuinely want to see again. Seats are intentionally limited to keep the dinner personal, as Evgeniya B and Valērija K will be cooking for you.
