​At senior level, a strong track record does not always show up on the page. Many executive CVs list what someone was responsible for and leave the reader to work out what changed because they were in the role, and squeezing a long, complex career into two focused pages makes that harder still.

​In this one-hour virtual masterclass, the team at City CV shows you how to turn your career history into a clear leadership story. They’ll cover what applicant tracking systems and AI screening tools look for, why CVs written by AI so often read as generic, and how to write an executive summary that says who you are and what you bring.

​Victoria McLean, CEO, City CV

​Victoria is an award-winning board CV writer and executive coach, and the founder and CEO of City CV. She sits on a number of boards and spends much of her time helping senior professionals get appointed to them, which makes her about as close to a board insider as you’ll get for a session like this.
