About Event
Join us for Pilates in the Park, an outdoor reset surrounded by fresh air and open space. We’ll begin with a grounding 10-minute reflection, then flow into a 45-minute Pilates class taught by our wonderful instructor, Audrey.
Afterward, enjoy a Nonda matcha pop-up and a flower arranging station for a chance to get creative, and take a little piece of nature home with you.
Mats will be provided!!!!!
