Begin Again and Monzo have teamed up to help you Say Yes with a nationwide series of events.
Starting off the series, a confidence and communication session with Stewart Bewley, to help you speak up more easily whether you're one-on-one or in a room full of people.
What to expect
Nobody walks through the door and is immediately handed a microphone.
Stewart starts with practical techniques for managing nerves, storytelling and communicating confidently. Guests practise first in pairs and then small groups, gradually increasing the challenge before those who want to can finish by taking the floor for the 60-Second Courage Challenge.
The aim isn't to create polished public speakers in one evening. It's for guests to leave more confident than when they arrived.
