Sky & Soma: A Cosmic Aligned Breathwork Experience

Step into a sacred evening of cosmic alignment, cacao, and breath.

Join Karina Abramova, nature-led guide, artist, ritualist, and shamanic astrologer, and Shelley Smith, trauma-informed somatic breathwork facilitator, for a transformational ceremony designed to awaken your power, reset your energy field, and activate your deepest desires.

We’ll open by exploring the current cosmic alignments, receiving insight and intention-setting to connect you with your divine potential, soul evolution, and highest timeline. From here, Karina will serve ceremonial cacao to deepen presence, gratitude, and receptivity.

You’ll then be guided by Shelley into a powerful breathwork journey incorporating movement, sound, Reiki, and guided visualization, supporting emotional release, nervous system regulation, and profound embodiment. Together, we’ll breathe your next-level self into being.

Expect to leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned with your soul’s truth.

Please bring flowers, fruit, or crystals as offerings to co-create the altar space and honor this potent portal of manifestation.
