​We begin at 11am, unpacking a soft morning collection of green teas from Yunnan, southwestern China.
Gong Randhir joins us for a ceremonial journey through slow brewing and shared tasting — tea as a living practice, a way of listening.

​Through the day, ATMOS Portugal offers FLOW sessions: guided steam, cold plunge and quiet time among the pines. Come for the tea, stay for the heat, or move between both as you wish.
