Guest Kitchen is a multicultural long table experience, moving through different cultures, cuisines and spaces around Berlin. Each gathering brings a new food culture to the table, created together with people who carry its flavors, recipes and stories.
After gathering around tables of Guatemala, Algeria, Poland, Greece, Turkey and Germany, our next stop takes us to Goa, India. 🌴
This time, we’re bringing the long table to a special venue in Kollwitz together with Chef Shannon, for an evening dedicated to Goan food and culture.
Throughout the night, you’ll discover 12 different Goan tastes, prepared from local family recipes and ingredients, alongside spice tastings and the stories behind the dishes. Chef Shannon will guide us through the flavors, traditions and culture that shaped the food on the table.
The menu will be accompanied by two thoughtfully paired glasses of wine. A vegetarian menu and non-alcoholic pairings are also available upon request.
But Guest Kitchen is about more than dinner.
From the moment you arrive, the evening is curated through food, storytelling, culture, games and conversations, all designed to turn one shared table into a place where people genuinely meet.
