The Lendlens Credit Intelligence Series
Good or Bad Credit? You Decide.
Most of us think we know what "good credit" looks like: pay on time, don't max out your card, keep a long history. But credit decisions are more nuanced than that, and lenders weigh things in ways that surprise most people.
This session flips the usual format on its head. Instead of me lecturing you on credit, you'll be the lender.
How it works
I'll walk you through a series of real-world credit scenarios things like:
Someone with a perfect payment history, but utilisation is creeping up
A person who's never missed a payment but only ever pays the minimum
Someone with one late payment three years ago, but spotless since then
A young professional with no credit history at all
For each scenario, you'll vote live: good credit or bad credit? Then we'll reveal what an actual UK lender would think and why. Some answers will surprise you.
By the end of the session, you'll have a much sharper sense of what UK lenders actually reward and what they quietly penalise — knowledge you can apply to your own finances straight away.
Who this is for
Anyone in our community who uses credit cards, is thinking about applying for one, has been declined recently, or just wants to understand the system we're all operating inside. No prior knowledge needed that's the whole point.
Before you join
Try to answer the quiz on lendlens.ai. Upload one statement, get a plain-English breakdown of what your card is actually costing you and how a lender sees it today. Takes 3 minutes — no credit check, no bank login, no card details. You'll get far more out of the session if you've already seen your own numbers.
