40년의 역사를 가진 탑 티어 컨퍼런스 전문회사이자 대한민국 대표 글로벌 PCO인 인터컴이, 그동안 쌓아온 안정성과 글로벌 네트워크, 그리고 창의적인 비즈니스 디자인 능력으로 세상에 크리에이티브 랩을 만들었습니다. 그리고 이번에 협력적인 프로젝트 실행을 함께할, 세상에 친구들을 한자리에 초대합니다.
이 자리에는 네가지 타입의 친구들이 모입니다.

우리는 '파트너', '협력사' 같은 딱딱하고 거창한 이름보다, 세상에 친구들을 모아 함께 할 프로젝트와 계획을 나누고, 그것을 국경 없이 창의적으로 실현해 가는 두잉 네트워크(Doing Network) 입니다. — 함께 계획을 나누는 얼라이언스(Alliance)이자, 함께 실행하는 콜렉티브(Collective)이기도 합니다.
한정된 공간에서의 단순한 네트워킹이 아니라, 우리가 함께할 프로젝트를 나누는 자리이기에 — 신청을 하시더라도 스크리닝 콜을 통해 한정된 친구들만을 모십니다.
우리가 찾는 세상에 친구들
세상에 친구들에는 기준이 있습니다. 우리는 이런 친구들과 함께하고 싶습니다.
계획이 있는 친구 — 막연한 관심이 아니라, 실현하고 싶은 자신만의 프로젝트나 플랜이 있는 사람
국경 없는 방향을 가진 친구 — 한국에서 세계로, 경계를 넘어 나아가려는 지향을 가진 사람
협력에 대한 열정을 가진 친구 — 혼자가 아니라 함께 만들어가는 것에 진심인 사람
한 걸음이라도 진일보하는 친구 — 멈춰 있지 않고, 조금씩이라도 앞으로 나아가는 사람
때로는 "세상에…!" 하고 깜짝 놀라게 만드는 친구들 — 그런 분들을 기다립니다.
진행 순서
오후 4:00 – 6:00 ｜ 친구들 인터뷰 촬영 세상에 친구들이 자유롭게 방문하여 간단한 인터뷰 촬영을 진행합니다. 이 촬영은 우리 친구들과, 우리가 함께 만들고자 하는 일들을 세상에 알리는 마케팅이자 브랜딩 용도로 활용됩니다.

Venue: Intercom "SquareMe" Building, Basement D2 Studio
Description
Intercom — a top-tier conference company with 40 years of history and one of Korea's leading globalPCOs — has built Xesange Creative Lab on the stability, global network, and creative business design capabilities it has accumulated over the years. Now, we are bringing together the Friends of Xesange to join us in collaborative project execution.
Four kinds of friends will gather here:
Individual friends with outstanding expertise in their respective fields
Expat friends — global professionals based in Korea working across diverse fields
Organization, brand, and company friends who will work alongside Intercom
The friends who run the Intercom Xesange Creative Lab
Rather than rigid, grandiose labels like "partner" or "affiliate," we are a Doing Network that gathers the Friends of Xesange to share projects and plans and bring them to life creatively, without borders. We are an Alliance that shares plans together, and a Collective that executes together.
This is not simple networking in a limited space, but a place to share the projects we'll build together — so even if you apply, only a select group of friends will be invited following a screening call.
Who We're Looking For
There are criteria for the Friends of Xesange.
These are the friends we want to work with:
A friend with a plan — someone with their own project or plan they want to realize, not just vague interest
A friend with a borderless direction — someone aiming to move from Korea to the world, beyond boundaries
A friend with a passion for collaboration — someone serious about building together rather than alone
A friend who moves forward, step by step — someone who doesn't stand still, but advances even a little at a time
Sometimes, friends who make you go "No way…!" in surprise — those are the people we're waiting for.

4:00 – 6:00 PM ｜ Friends Interview Filming Friends of Xesange are welcome to drop by freely for a brief interview shoot. This filming will be used for marketing and branding — to tell the world about our friends and the things we want to build together.
