That's what the Founder's Exchange was built for, and it's why the women who come once tend to keep coming back.
FoundHER & FundHER is a curated community for women entrepreneurs, female founders, and women in business across Los Angeles. The monthly founders lunch is the heartbeat of that community — an in-person gathering where every woman in the room is building something and every woman in the room is invested in seeing the others succeed.
The format is structured on purpose.
Each founder gets sixty seconds to say who she is, what she's building, and what she needs right now and how she can help someone else. Then comes the Connection Exchange, the signature system that makes this lunch different from anything else in LA — every woman gives something and receives something before she leaves. A referral, an introduction, a resource, a collaboration.
Real business gets done at this table.
There is also a ten-minute Founder Resource Spotlight from a curated partner — always educational, never a sales pitch. That boundary is non-negotiable.
Women come to this lunch at every stage. Some are in their first year. Many are scaling past six and seven figures. FoundHER & FundHER runs monthly founder lunches across Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley, intimate Food and Philosophy Dinners for women founders every other month, and educational events for women in business throughout the year. The community has been building for two years and the expansion to Orange County, Pasadena, and beyond is already underway.
