Dr. Mylene Yao: Univfy

Making IVF possible for the many, not just the few.

1 in 8 couples in the US struggle to conceive, yet IVF remains out of reach for most who need it. Univfy pairs an innovative financing model with a scalable, scientifically validated AI platform that gives patients personalized, evidence-based odds of having a baby, helping more people decide with confidence, not guesswork.

Dr. Mylene Yao is a board-certified OB-GYN with more than 20 years of experience in clinical and scientific research in reproductive medicine. She received her clinical subspecialty training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Brigham and Women's Hospital at Harvard University. Prior to founding Univfy, she was faculty at Stanford University, where she led NIH-funded fertility and embryo genetics research.

Heather Grey: Elixir Trials

Bringing clinical trials to the communities they've always excluded.

88% of US hospitals can't run clinical trials -locking whole communities out of tomorrow's treatments. Elixir Trials is rebuilding trial infrastructure from the ground up: AI-powered operations, a non-profit arm, and deep community trust, so cutting-edge research finally reaches the patients who've been left out of it.

Heather Grey is a healthcare executive with 15+ years leading clinical trial and real-world data businesses. She's built and scaled trial infrastructure and data commercialization
