Day 1 · Tuesday, Aug 25 · Welcoming Party (Oakland) 5:00 to 9:00 PM. Kick off FounderX with a casual night of food, drinks, games, and curated introductions. 300 hand-picked founders, investors, and ecosystem leaders in one room.
Day 2 · Wednesday, Aug 26 · Unconference & Networking Day (Oakland) Doors at 8:30 AM with light breakfast. Morning: nine hands-on AI workshops. Position your AI startup, build a personal brand with AI, get PR using AI, vibe code a product with Base44, turn real product usage into your roadmap, build your first AI employee, scale beyond borders, lead in the age of AI, and back founders at the earliest stage. Afternoon: fireside chats with Mark Pincus, Eric Ries, and James Joaquin, plus three startup pitch panels. Evening: happy hour, then the afterparty.
Day 3 · Thursday, Aug 27 · STEP San Francisco @ The Midway 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. A full conference day with 50+ speakers across four stages. And you walk in already knowing 300 people.
