In this trial class for Network School, we'll break down the key differences between software and hardware startups—and what it takes to build a successful one. From understand true user needs to product definition, come learn the hard truths and real wins.

​I was an entrepreneur-in-residence & led a Healthcare-Hardware program at XbotPark, a company that incubated over 80+ startups in the past 8 years, 8 of which are unicorns, 100% hardware. Some brands that associated with XbotPark include: DJI, Switchbot (highest DAU at the IoT category in Japan), etc.
