Meet The Chef
Curated Menu by Chef Pierre Serrão!
Chef Pierre Serrão — known to most as Chef P — is a co-founder of Ghetto Gastro, the Bronx-born culinary collective merging food, art, fashion, and activism. His work now expands through Black Star Barbados, a world-building initiative reimagining Caribbean creativity, sustainability, and independence.

This is a curated, multi course, sit down dinner. Vegan/vegetarian options will be provided upon request.
We’re also proud to partner with Sommsation as our official wine partner for this experience. Guests will enjoy curated wine pairings with each course, selected to complement the evening’s menu and deepen the sensory journey.
Host
Julius Antwi is a New York–born, Miami-based model, creative, and traveller known for his refined style and authentic storytelling. Blending fashion, fitness, and lifestyle, he creates content that inspires others to live with confidence, intention, and purpose.
Performance
Live Performance by Nali
Known for the mantra “I can’t write what I don’t feel,” Nali brings an unfiltered honesty to her work that resonates with fans. Her 2023 release “Petty” revealed a bolder, club-ready side of her artistry, while her January 2025 EP, No Spaces, showcased her growth and versatility. With standout tracks like “Hold Me Close,” and “No Spaces” produced by Jay Versace, Mikewavez, and Isaiah Kaleo, the EP told a cohesive story of vulnerability and self-discovery. Nali celebrated the project with a live “stoop set” performance in Brooklyn, deepening her bond with her audience through an intimate, full-band experience.
