People Leaders’ Reset, vol. 1

​What is it?

​Your job keeps expanding. The support doesn't.

​People Leaders' Reset is an end-of-day nature walk for CPOs, CHROs, and Heads of People at scale-ups. No panels, no pitches, no forced networking - just room to step outside, clear your head, and compare notes with peers who carry the same job.

​How it works?

​We walk in small groups of five or six, each with an experienced people leader as facilitator and a few conversation prompts to keep things honest rather than heavy. After about an hour we regroup, share what came up, and wrap with drinks on us - alcohol optional, good conversation not.

​Practical bits

​Wear comfortable shoes - it's a forest, we mean it. Light rain: we walk (this is Amsterdam). Heavy rain: we move to a covered terrace nearby, same time, same people. Either way, the evening happens.
