Beyond the Diagnosis: Life as a Previvor - Small Group Session
You didn't get a diagnosis. You got a percentage. And somehow you're still supposed to make a life-altering decision based on a possibility.
Previvors often get left out of the traditional breast cancer conversation. No shade to those who were diagnosed, but the choices facing previvors are different and the mental hurdles are nuanced.
This small group session is for the women who are thinking about what to do or chose to act before cancer forced their hand.
We'll talk about the guilt of choosing prevention over waiting, grieving a body (or a future) you gave up before anything was even wrong and the strange isolation of a story that doesn't sound like everyone else's.
Co-hosted by Megan M, a previvor and Kristina C, a survivor, this is a safe confidential space for those who had to navigate the what if. Come join the conversation and find connections to help you navigate your journey.
