​After Hours with Blomma: Growing Your People as Fast as Your Business

​People leaders spend all year taking care of everyone else: the reviews, the reorgs, the hard conversations, the holiday planning. This November, we'd like to take care of you. Join us for a special Thanksgiving edition of After Hours: an invite-only dinner for HR and People leaders in San Francisco.

​Over dinner, hosted by Silvia Oviedo Lopez (CEO of Blomma and former executive at Canva and Pinterest), we'll talk with Rachel Lockett, executive coach and author, and Kara Pickett, Head of People at Anrok, about what it really takes to grow people alongside a growing business. That means developing leaders before you desperately need them, supporting managers as they step into bigger roles, and building a culture that can keep up with change.

​This isn't a panel. It's a long table, a warm meal, and honest conversation with peers who get it.

5:30–6:10 PM: Drinks and arrivals
6:10–6:30 PM: Welcome and fireside with Rachel and Kara, at the table
6:30–7:55 PM: Dinner and conversation
7:55–8:15 PM: Dessert, coffee, and lingering
