At the ceremonial pinnacle of the German-Indian Business Forum 2026, held under the patronage of Minister-President Dr. Markus Söder, MdL, the Bavarian State Government welcomes 250 of the foremost leaders from business, government and diplomacy to the historic Munich Residenz Palace.
The Bavarian State Reception is the Forum's most distinguished gathering - an evening dedicated to strengthening institutional relationships, advancing bilateral priorities and recognising the people shaping the next chapter of German-Indian cooperation.
Within one of Bavaria's most significant state settings, senior representatives from both countries will engage beyond the formal conference environment through diplomatic exchange, executive dialogue and carefully curated relationship-building.
The Evening
The programme will feature keynote perspectives from a senior Bavarian and Indian minister and a leading German or Indian CEO, followed by an evening reception hosted by the Bavarian State Government, with curated networking.
