😴 What is the concept of Chronodiversity? It is the science and somatic reality that we all possess unique internal biological clocks. True rest isn't about forcing yourself into a rigid 8-hour box; it’s about learning to listen to your body’s unique circadian signature and training your brain to switch off naturally.

💛 Join BodyTalks for reflective evening in Brussels featuring Dorina Torje, CEO of NaturalSleep. Together, we will explore the sleep science to help you find deep, medication-free, and restorative sleep. Here are some of the topics we plan to discuss:
