Caitlin Castevens is a fractional RevOps and GTM strategist who spends her days finding the gap before anyone else names it: undocumented pipelines, broken systems, markets that are ready but untapped. She builds go-to-market strategy and named-account pipelines for clients spanning HubSpot users, B2B + eCommerce companies, the construction industry, and global SaaS organizations ... and she's grown agency and client revenue by 2-4x through the process of managing multi-million dollar accounts.
Caitlin has also lived market expansion firsthand. She co-founded Carolina Women+ In Tech in 2016 as a single Charlotte meetup and grew it into a 501(c)(3) with 6,500+ members, four regional chapters, and 250+ events, building the corporate sponsor relationships (including national financial services and media brands) that funded each new market. She's the visionary behind the org's multi-sponsor Thriving in Chaos Summit and Annual Women in Confidence flagship events.
At Business and Beer, she'll break down how she reads a new market, builds the pipeline and partnerships to enter it, and scales it without losing what made the first one work.
